1. Agreement to Terms:  

By engaging with Survigilance Securities United Kingdom for manned security, dog security, CCTV security, or any other services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.  

2. Service Engagement:  

a. Clients engaging in our services must provide accurate and complete information about their security needs.  

b. The agreed-upon scope of services, including duration and pricing, will be outlined in a formal contract.  

3. Payments:  

a. Clients are responsible for timely payments as per the agreed terms in the contract.  

b. Late payments may result in service suspension until payment is received.  

4. Security Personnel:  

a. Our manned security officers and dog security teams are trained and certified to deliver high-quality services.  

b. Clients must provide a safe working environment for our security personnel.  

5. CCTV Security:  

a. Clients opting for CCTV security solutions must ensure proper installation and maintenance of the provided systems.  

b. Survigilance Securities is not responsible for issues arising from client interference or negligence.  

6. Confidentiality:  

a. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information exchanged during the engagement.  

b. Survigilance Securities may disclose information when required by law or for the provision of services.  

7. Termination:  

a. Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice, adhering to the termination clause outlined in the contract.  

b. Termination fees may apply as specified in the contract.  

8. Liability:  

a. Survigilance Securities is not liable for damages resulting from client non-compliance, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances.  

b. Our liability is limited to the scope and terms defined in the contract.  

9. Changes to Terms:  

a. Survigilance Securities reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions.  

b. Clients will be informed of any changes, and continued engagement implies acceptance of the updated terms.  

10. Governing Law:  

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
